Return and Refund Policy

At DesiKraft Leather Co, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@desikraftleather.com to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days.

Refunds

We only issue refunds for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@desikraftleather.com with details of the product and the defect.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
